Set in a war-zone, a war doctor and his medical staff are forced underground into a make-shift hospital, only to be faced with a desperate father willing to do whatever it takes to be helped.

When survival is everything, morality is the first casualty.

Three intertwined stories collide in an underground hospital: a father and child, driven by desperation to escape the violence; a young nurse, whose idealism is shattered as she’s thrust into a world where compassion comes at a price; and a seasoned war doctor, whose years of experience are tested as he faces impossible choices in the chaos of survival.
